Where and when we ship

We accept orders for delivery to valid addresses in the United States only. Complimentary standard shipping is included with every set.

Unless we clearly state a different time before you order, in-stock orders will ship within 30 days after we receive the completed order. Delivery time after shipment depends on the destination and carrier and is not guaranteed. Review your address carefully during Stripe Checkout and contact us promptly if it needs correction.

Delays, cancellation, and lost packages

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and offer the choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund. We may also cancel and refund an order if inventory is unavailable or the address cannot be served.

Contact us if tracking shows a delivery problem. We will work with you and the carrier; this does not limit rights available under applicable law.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Email sale@shinycurls.store with your order number before sending anything. We will provide authorization and the correct return address.

Return the complete set, all accessories, and storage case in original condition, allowing for reasonable inspection. For an ordinary return, you are responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Do not send a return without authorization.

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, email us promptly with your order number and, when practical, photos of the package and product. If we confirm the issue, we will provide a prepaid return method and an appropriate replacement or refund at no return-shipping cost to you.

Non-waivable rights

This policy supplements and does not reduce any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
