These terms apply when you use shinycurls.store or purchase products from Shiny Curls LLC.
Effective August 11, 2026Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. By submitting an order through Stripe Checkout, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns Policy. The store is not directed to children under 13.
Product information
The 5-in-1 set includes six physical attachments representing five styling functions: two directional curling barrels plus a smoothing brush, volumizing brush, concentrator, and drying head. Product photographs may appear different because of lighting or displays. Results vary by hair type, condition, technique, and settings.
Orders and payment
The current price is $89 USD per set with complimentary standard U.S. shipping. Any applicable taxes and the final total are shown before payment. Stripe securely processes payment. An order acknowledgement is not a promise to ship. We may decline or cancel and refund an order for a pricing error, suspected fraud, inventory problem, payment issue, or shipping limitation.
Shipping and returns
We ship only within the United States. Unless a different time is clearly stated before purchase, orders ship within 30 days. If shipment is delayed, we will request consent to the delay or provide a prompt refund as required. Our Shipping & Returns Policy is part of these Terms and explains the 30-day return process.
Safe product use
This is an electrical styling appliance that can produce heat and strong airflow. Read and follow all product labels, instructions, and warnings before use. See our Safety & Product Care summary. Stop using a damaged or malfunctioning product and contact us. The website summary does not replace the instructions supplied with the product.
Acceptable use and ownership
You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping and information. Shiny Curls branding, text, photography, video, design, and other site content belong to Shiny Curls LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
Consumer reviews
You may share honest reviews, assessments, or statements about our products or service. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights protected by the Consumer Review Fairness Act or other applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by misuse of the website or product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law and severability
California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your state’s non-waivable consumer law applies. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Changes and contact
